What We Grow

From palm dates to greenhouse greens.

Across open fields, orchards, and modern greenhouses, Fasayel Farms produces fruits, vegetables, wheat, and the palm dates that have been our family's signature for five generations — all tended with modern systems and old-world patience.

Palm Dates
Our Flagship Harvest

Palm Dates

The palm grove is the crown of Fasayel. Planted in 2016 on land the Al-Nimer family has farmed since the 19th century, our trees are sun-cured on the branch and hand-graded by the family. Amber dates with notes of caramel, honey, and warm earth — the unmistakable taste of Palestine.

Inside Our Greenhouses

Our climate-controlled greenhouses let us grow fresh, high-quality vegetables all year — protected from harsh weather and tended with precision irrigation. Tomatoes, sweet peppers, cucumbers, eggplants, lettuce, cabbage, and more: each crop is planted, monitored, and harvested by hand inside these covered rows.

All irrigated with sweet, fresh water rather than the brackish well water — these crops simply will not thrive on anything saltier. And many other seasonal vegetables throughout the year.

Summer's Heaviest Harvest

Crimson Watermelons.

Grown in open Palestinian fields and harvested in the cool of the morning. Deep red, juicy, mineral-sweet — the taste of the valley at the peak of summer.

A Heritage Harvest

Bananas — A Grove Fed by Ras al-Ein

For decades the Al-Nimer family cultivated 120 dunums of banana trees on their Fasayel land — a grove so demanding it could only be fed by one source. Bananas require sweet, fresh water and cannot tolerate the brackish water of the farm's wells, so every tree was irrigated directly from the Ras al-Ein spring. The channels ran cool and clean from the spring to the grove, and the harvest paid back the patience the water demanded.

How We Grow

Modern Systems, Patient Hands

We pair five generations of farming intuition with the equipment and irrigation technology required for consistent, world-class production — at scale, year after year.

Central Pivot Irrigation

Central Pivot Irrigation

Our wide fields are watered by central-pivot systems that rotate across the soil with engineered precision — covering huge areas evenly while reducing water waste compared to traditional flood irrigation.

Drip & Pipe Irrigation

Drip & Pipe Irrigation

Our date palms and row crops are fed by sealed pipe networks and drip emitters that deliver water and nutrients directly to the root. The result: stronger trees, healthier fruit, and a fraction of the water lost to evaporation.

Climate-Controlled Greenhouses

Climate-Controlled Greenhouses

Inside our greenhouses we control temperature, humidity, and irrigation down to the hour — letting us protect crops from extreme weather, shorten growth cycles, and harvest fresh vegetables long after the outdoor season ends.
